BURLINGTON COUNTY CENTRAL LABOR COUNCIL ENDORSES GENE HILL

Gene W. Hill Jr., municipal public servant, labor leader, elected pension board representative, husband, father, and Republican candidate for Bordentown Township Committee, is honored to receive the endorsement of the Burlington County Central Labor Council for the 2026 General Election.

The Council’s official endorsement announcement identifies Gene as a member of AFSCME Local 2475 and supports candidates committed to working families, collective bargaining, union labor, and protecting job and retirement security.

As President of AFSCME Local 2475 and the elected Municipal Representative on the New Jersey PERS Board of Trustees, Gene has dedicated much of his public service to representing working people and protecting the benefits they have earned.

Gene Hill, municipal public servant, labor leader, elected pension board representative, husband, father, and Republican candidate for Bordentown Township Committee, is proud to announce the endorsement of Michael McGuire, Republican candidate for Congress in New Jersey’s 3rd Congressional District.

McGuire cited Hill’s years of municipal service, labor leadership, election to the pension board, and commitment to government accountability as reasons for his support. Hill’s experience representing working people and public employees has given him a firsthand understanding of how government decisions affect working families and taxpayers.
